The platform connecting clients with professional photographers

Fair conditions, curated talent, and zero commission for clients and photographers alike.

The Platform

Graindevue is a French platform designed to book a professional photographer under fair conditions, for clients and photographers alike. Our role: facilitate the connection, frame the service, and leave the creative work to those who do it best.

The Right Match

Finding the right photographer isn't about finding the cheapest one. It's about finding a vision, a way of working, a sensibility. Graindevue encourages that kind of choice: a match between a need and an artistic signature, rather than a comparison of price grids.

Professional Standards

We stand for professional and respectful practice. Photographers on Graindevue operate legally (SIRET registered) and carry professional liability insurance. Key information is clear from the start, and a contract is automatically generated to set a simple framework: what's included, timelines, conditions, to avoid misunderstandings and protect everyone.

Zero Commission

On the business model side, Graindevue takes no commission on your services. The displayed price is the photographer's price: no percentage added at the last minute, no incentive to drive rates down. Our ambition is to contribute to a professional photography that is better recognized, and better respected.

Tailored & Premium

Portrait session, photo shoot, wedding reportage or event photography: whatever your project, every photographer on Graindevue brings their expertise and professional-quality images. Every service is tailored and premium, adapted to your specific needs. Your key moments, whether it's a wedding, a corporate event, or a portrait, deserve a professional eye, not a generic catalog.

How do I find a professional photographer in France?

On Graindevue, browse verified professional photographer profiles across France. Filter by specialty (wedding, portrait, event, corporate...), location, and photography style. View portfolios, compare rates, and book directly online.

How much does a professional photographer cost in France?

Each photographer sets their own rates freely: there is no imposed price or single grid. The cost depends on the specialty, duration, deliverables (number of photos, retouching, optional album) and the photographer's experience. On Graindevue, every profile displays its terms transparently (fixed-price package or custom quote), and the displayed rate is the final price: no commission is added.

How does booking work on Graindevue?

It's simple: browse profiles and portfolios, chat directly with the photographer via our built-in messaging, then sign an electronic contract and pay securely. Payment is protected and the contract is automatically generated to protect both parties.

How do the deposit and cancellation work for a photo booking?

On Graindevue, booking generally happens in two steps: a deposit at booking, then the balance according to the schedule set in the contract (before, on the day of, or after the session, depending on the photographer's terms). The deposit amount is set by the photographer and written into the contract. Under French law, a deposit (acompte) commits both parties, unlike arrhes which allow either side to withdraw. Cancellation and postponement terms (deadlines, possible refund) are spelled out in the automatically generated contract, which you sign electronically before paying.

Is Graindevue free for clients?

Yes, Graindevue is completely free for clients. No commission is taken on your bookings. Our model relies on a photographer subscription, meaning the displayed rate is always the final price. No hidden fees or markups.

What types of photographers can I find on Graindevue?

Graindevue brings together professional photographers specialized in 16 fields: wedding, professional portrait, artistic portrait, family, couple, maternity, baby, pets, event, corporate, fashion, culinary, real estate, architecture, sports, and bachelorette party. Each photographer is verified and has an online portfolio.

In which cities can I find photographers on Graindevue?

Graindevue's search accepts any location in France: enter your city or address and the closest published profiles appear first. Availability depends on the photographers currently published and their travel areas: many travel well beyond their home city, so specify your location and date to confirm coverage.

What events does a professional event photographer cover?

A professional event photographer covers all types of events, both corporate and private: corporate events (seminars, company parties, team building, product launches, trade shows), as well as private events (birthdays, christenings, family gatherings). The event photographer takes group photos, candid portraits, and captures the unique moments of each occasion. The final images, delivered after post-production, are suited for both internal and external communication. Some photographers also work alongside a videographer for full coverage.

What's included in a professional photography service?

A professional photography service generally includes the photo shoot with professional equipment (camera, adapted lighting), selection and editing of the best images, then delivery of the final photos in high resolution. Depending on the photographer and the nature of the project, additional options may be available: paper prints, photo album, or private online gallery. On Graindevue, all details are specified in the contract before booking.
